Beef Roasting Log

Made from Rangeland tender, juicy, marinated whole beef muscle that is carefully aged before being stuffed into oven ready cooking bags. We can coat the log in a pepper crust or glaze if desired by the customer. With no gristle and no visible fat, the cooked log has a uniform shape making it ideal for portion controlled slicing. Its tenderness and low fat status makes the Rangeland beef roasting log ideal for cooked beef dinners or hot beef sandwiches.

Cooking Tips:
Slow cook Beef Log in an oven at 55ºC fr 8 hours then cook off for 30 minutes at 80ºC
